You know the old adage, "If at first you don't succeed..," If you don't succeed, you'll be branded a "Quitter," someone who quit being single in favor of an incredible relationship, someone who too easily traded a dull and solitary life for a more fulfilling partnership and brighter future. Hmmm, maybe another adage should be followed, "Quit while you're ahead." :P
aren't friends the bestest? lol.
Hahaha! Sometimes friends know all too well.
My friend asked me on Tuesday after my last date 'So, what was wrong with this one?' There was a list.
man I hate it when they're right on the money! lol.
Walter- As a single person, my life is dull? Hmm.
Kate- They aren't supposed to pick up on things like that!
Miss Natalie- I hate that! Sometimes we just don't like the guy! Nothing wrong with being picky. :)
M- It's not fair!
Ah, but, it's a wonderful feeling when a friend just knows.
I'm better as a couple but I do like the freedom and control of singledom....at least your blogbuddies will give you support :)
I have had this exact conversation with my friend. On a side note I am happy for you....sounds like you have a good thing going here! Enjoy!
"non-dysfunctional"... hehe... lookout! something is about to go horribly right!!! LOL
Don't Eat Token- It is nice not to have to explain yourself.
Scorpy- I actually think I'm better as a couple too. I'm more productive and not as daydreamy.
Jen- We are so alike!
General Boy- Oh I hope so!
